07How long do bulk sweets keep?
As a general guide, dry sweets like pinni, besan ladoo and mathri keep for one to three weeks. Milk sweets like barfi, peda and gulab jamun keep a few days in a fridge. The rate list shows each sweet.
08How early should I order sweets for Diwali or a wedding?
Diwali and the wedding season fill the kitchen early. The last date to order for each festival comes from Baljeet, so send your kilos and date as soon as you know them.
