What time does the food reach your canteen?

  1. Kitchen starts

    Dal soaked overnight goes on the fire in Ramgarh; vegetables are cut fresh.

  2. Dawn cooking

    Dal, sabzi and rice cook in bulk; rotis start on the tawa line.

  3. Packed hot

    Food goes into insulated containers, counted against your plates for the day.

  4. Dispatch

    The vehicle leaves Ramgarh, Panchkula for your site.

  5. Arrive and set up

    Containers reach the canteen and the counter is set.

  6. Lunch service

    Hot food served to the shift; containers go back to the kitchen.

What is the per-plate rate for factory canteen food?

The per-plate rate is on quote. It depends on the plates a day, the menu, the number of meals and the distance from the kitchen in Ramgarh, Panchkula.

What is the minimum number of plates a day?

The minimum daily order is set by Baljeet Singh and shared with your quote.

Do you give a GST invoice for canteen catering?

GST invoicing details are to be confirmed by Baljeet. Mark GST invoice on the enquiry form and it is answered with your quote.

Yes. A 7-day rota is agreed with you before the start date, with a different dal and sabzi each day, and it can be changed with the seasons.

Can we get Pure Veg, Non-Veg or Jain canteen food?

Shahi Swaad runs Pure Veg, Non-Veg and Jain as separate kitchen lines. Separate utensils and staff for each line are to be confirmed by Baljeet. See Pure Veg catering.

Do you send serving staff with the food?

Serving staff at the counter is agreed per contract. Ask for it on the enquiry form and Baljeet includes it in the quote.

Can we start with a trial day?

Trial days and tasting before a contract are to be confirmed by Baljeet. Mention it in your enquiry.
