Roka and shagun ceremony food menu for family gatherings

The short answer

A roka or shagun meal is a family lunch or dinner: tea and starters first, then dal, paneer, sabzi, rice and roti, with mithai to close. For 100 guests plan about 200–300 starter pieces and 200 pieces of mithai, plus the main menu from the table.
